Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut and set herself new goals every year. In 2009 she won four more fitness awards. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent the first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of her placing. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
